Each month we will have a focused area of prayer with representatives in that area of influence praying and being prayed for. Let’s all come expecting our great God to do great and mighty things!

Join our Street Team at The Coldwater Fall Fair on Saturday, September 26th from 9am-5pm.

The Coldwater Fall Fair is one of Ontario’s cherished seasonal traditions, celebrating community, agriculture, and family fun. Enjoy a wide range of attractions, including livestock shows, homecraft competitions, live entertainment, and a lively midway.

Attend the only national conference on Christian grandparenting – Connect Church (Caledon, ON) is a host site for the event.
This year’s theme, “A Heart for Eternity”, invites us to invest our time, energy, and resources in what lasts. Because what we do now impacts not only our children and grandchildren, but untold generations to come. Cost is $41 for a full day.

Enjoy a free worship concert by Adams Voice at Newmarket Church of the Nazarene. A love offering will be taken.

Listen, Sister! Girls Night is designed for women who need a break from the pressure, perfection, and chaos of everyday life. Through hilarious stories, audience GAME SHOW interaction, authentic ministry, and a hope-filled message, women leave feeling refreshed, encouraged, and reminded that God meets us right in the middle of the mess. Cost is $25 and Girls Night is at Guelph Christian Life Church, 3 Watson Road South.

The annual Barrie Prayer Breakfast is a community event that takes place on the first Wednesday of October at the Southshore Community Centre, 205 Lakeshore Dr. It begins at approximately 7:25 a.m. and includes a guest speaker. While historically focused on community leaders, it is open to all community members.

Set in a unique aviation setting, Wings of Hope will be an inspiring cocktail-style fundraising event featuring:
Aviation Experience – Enjoy an incredible evening surrounded by 3 historical aircraft and the atmosphere of the airport.
Connect with community leaders, supporters, and advocates while enjoying an evening designed to inspire and engage.
Stories of Hope – Hear about the impact of SEEDS and the journey toward freedom, restoration, and new beginnings.
Fund-a-Need / Paddle Raise – An opportunity to make a direct difference by giving toward the specific needs of women we serve.

This is more than a fundraiser—it is an evening to stand with women, raise awareness, and help create pathways from survival to freedom. Come dressed for an evening of celebration, connection, and hope.

This event is for ages 18+. Cost is $75 plus tax per ticket.

Strengthen your marriage and grow closer together! Join us at Bethel Bible Chapel in Shelburne on Saturday, October 3 for a practical and encouraging marriage seminar. Whether you’ve been married for one year or fifty, come enjoy a day focused on building a stronger, healthier relationship. Cost is $100 per couple and lunch is included. Everyone is welcome!

Come any time between 10 AM and 3 PM on Saturday, October 3rd, find a comfy seat, and enjoy the music for as long as you like! Their resident and guest musicians will treat you to a continual playlist of instrumental and vocal performances. Have a favourite? If we know it, we’ll play it! Light refreshments will be provided. Cost is by donation.

Join our Street Team at the Annual Ride for Refuge at Beavermead Park in Peterborough on Saturday, October 3rd from 3pm-6pm.

In the RIDE, participants gather together to move their hearts and legs in solidarity with people around the world who are seeking hope, safety, and freedom. Even more importantly, they fundraise to support the local charities that step up to support these folks when they need it most.⁠

Celebrate King Township’s rich agricultural heritage at the Harvest King Fall Farmers Market! Our very first annual market will be a vibrant, community‑focused event bringing together farmers, makers, restaurants, and neighbours in one welcoming space this October.
This family‑friendly event will offer free admission for attendees and will feature a kids’ fun zone and live music performances. It is the perfect opportunity for you to connect directly with residents, visitors, and fellow community groups. You do not want to miss it!

Come together with churches from Barrie and the surrounding area this Good Friday as we unite to remember the sacrifice of Jesus and lift up His name together. This meaningful service will include worship, scripture, prayer, and reflection as we remember the cross and the incredible love of Christ demonstrated for us. Good Friday is a powerful opportunity for believers from across our region to gather as one Church, focus our hearts on Jesus, and prepare to celebrate the hope of the resurrection. We encourage you to invite your congregation, friends, and family to join us for this special time of worship and remembrance.
