Praised for their flawless, outstanding and convincing playing, Rudersdal Chamber Players have performed throughout Denmark and in Sweden, Norway, Germany, Poland and Russia (before the war) at venues such as the prestigious Louisiana Concert Hall and the Sound Ways Festival. Future engagements include tours in the USA and Canada.
In September 2022 they released their world premiere recording of Poul Ruders’ chamber music and got brilliant reviews internationally including 5 stars in BBC Music Magazine and Fanfare Magazine.
Rudersdal Chamber Players is ensemble in residence at the Rudersdal Sommerkoncerter, a summer festival in a desirable area a little north of Copenhagen.
The base of the ensemble is a piano quartet, but they perform in various settings including clarinet quintet, flute quartet, piano trio, string trio and string quartet.

Funds raised from Tay Township’s Mayor’s Charity Golf Tournament – Tee Off With Tay, will help Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care deliver specialized geriatric services, improving the care and quality of life for frail older adults and their caregivers through the North Muskoka Specialized Geriatric Services program. Additionally, donations will contribute to Georgian Bay General Hospital’s commitment to patient and staff safety with the purchase of a Portable Patient Lift. And lastly, the tournament will support local students at Tay Shores Public School and St. Antoine Daniel Catholic School. Funds will go towards nutrition programs, outdoor learning initiatives and technology enhancements, ensuring students have access to healthy meals, dynamic hands-on educational experiences and the digital tools needed to support their learning.

Join our Street Team at the annual Fundraiser for Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes Yard Sale on Saturday 16th at Keswick Christian Church.

They will be hosting an additional Yard Sale on August 9th.

An annual harvest celebration to raise money to support the Markdale crop grown for the Canadian Foodgrains Bank. Starts with a service Friday night with live music, followed by a Saturday afternoon family fun fair, with bouncy castles, a petting zoo, games and a BBQ, and then a Sunday morning worship service.

Shirley Wolstenholme will be giving a LIFE updated at  Broadway Pentecostal Church, Orangeville on Sunday, August 17th. Service time is 10am.

Women Connect is a FREE monthly networking event for women in business to meet, share ideas, promote their work, and support each other. The event also helps raise funds for local charities in Barrie.

Hosted by Trinity Church in Owen Sound this annual event is a joyful alternative to traditional Halloween celebrations. Families from across the community will gather in the church parking lot, where volunteers will decorate their trunks and hand out candy to local children in a safe, welcoming, and uplifting environment. Alongside the “trunk-or-treat” portion, we are planning to offer Hot Chocolate and host two booths inside the school building:

1) A Food Donation Booth, supporting the Salvation Army with a gift raffle.

2) An Operation Christmas Child Booth, as our church is a part of this campaign every year.

The purpose of the our Missions Conference is to unify believers from every tribe and nation, to share the Good News of Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world, and to create and develop a Spirit-inspired, kingdom-focused, transformational movement in Canada and beyond. This is driven by the Great Commission of Jesus in Matthew 28:19, “Go and make disciples of all nations.”

We are called and commissioned to reclaim what was lost, to bring transformation by advancing the kingdom into the heart of the nation (the marketplace, business, government, education, the church) and in the process, disciple the nation into its God-given destiny.
