The incumbent supports the Children’s Ministry Director and assists the Youth Pastor in the development and execution of children and youth programs.
This role develops engaging, age-appropriate programs for children and youth while supporting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Responsibilities include creating daily and full-day schedules, coordinating off-site activities, managing logistics, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. The position also works with vendors, arranges meals and accommodations, and prepares all necessary program materials.
The role recruits, trains, and schedules volunteers and staff to ensure smooth program delivery. Additional duties include managing budgets, creating registration and communication materials, and collaborating with the Creative/IT Director for program promotion. The position also documents procedures, suggests improvements, and supports year-round planning.
