Squad Leaders are part of the ‘front line’ of Knox Camp — in charge of loving and caring for campers. They are enthusiastic and creative in co- leading squads of up to 12 campers, cultivating a camp environment that is formative, fun and memorable. Squad leaders report to and are supported by the Camp Director.
Qualifications:
Current, clear Vulnerable Sector Screening.
Experience working with children.
Positive, team-minded attitude and a strong work ethic.
Enthusiastic, creative and flexible leadership.
Previous experience working in a camp environment is an asset.
Has a personal relationship with Jesus and a dedication to serve Him and tell others about Him.
Benefits:
Compensation is $18.50/hour + 4% vacation pay for 9 weeks with 37.5 hours per week.
