The Donor Relations Representative position exists to support the Marketing Department’s strategy by directly connecting with our supporters by telephone. This role focuses on enhancing donors’ experience and engaging them with Hope and Healing. Ultimately this job exists to support the growth of donor revenue and allow the organization to provide life changing interventions to transform the lives of children and families living with disability in poor countries.
The Donor Relations Representative focuses on the supporters, ensuring they are appreciated, engaged, and inspired by the work of Hope and Healing.
The donor relations work efforts work to increase supporter giving through excellent customer service, upgraded offers. Donors will be inspired to continue their commitment to Hope and Healing and to better understand our giving options and the impact their donations make in the life of a child.
Employment status: Hourly, Part-Time (21 hours per week)
Hourly Range: $20 – $22
