Description of position:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director of Finance & Administration, the Administrative Assistant attends to resident and visitor inquires in a professional manner, provides office staff with administrative support and ensures the administration office runs in an effective and efficient manner.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reception:
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Manage inquiries from residents and visitors
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail & couriers
• Create work orders for maintenance work requests
• Ensure administration office and kitchen are stocked with appropriate supplies
• Ensure common office areas are tidied throughout the day
• Set up boardroom for meetings
• Manage bookings for meeting/party rooms and guest suite
• Provide and track keys signed out by contractors
Administration:
• Create, print & arrange delivery of monthly resident newsletter
• Update announcements on the internal TV channel
