Hope and Healing International is looking for a mission-aligned Major Gift Officer to join our team and help grow transformational giving. In this frontline fundraising role, you’ll personally engage with a portfolio of generous supporters, inviting them to invest in meaningful, Christ-centred work that restores dignity and possibility for children with disabilities in some of the world’s most vulnerable communities. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of up to 150 committed and prospective donors with the capacity to give $10,000 or more annually, with a goal of raising a minimum of $1,500,000 per year. You’ll proactively plan and carry out tailored engagement strategies—building relationships, inspiring giving, and stewarding donors with excellence.
