ATP Question: Hi Pastor! Most people that drink wine socially justify their act by the parable of Jesus changing water into wine. Also, Ecclesiastes 9:7 “Go eat your food with gladness, and drink your wine with a joyful heart, for it is now that God favours what you do” NIV. I know some churches serve communion with wine while others are totally against wine/alcohol. I learned that born again Christians should avoid taking wine. Please shed light on these two quotes from the bible with regards to drinking wine? Thanks.
