The Maintenance Team supports the daily operations of Muskoka Bible Centre by ensuring facilities and grounds are functional, safe, and well cared for. This is a hands-on role that includes general repairs and upkeep, contributing to the welcoming environment guests expect at MBC.
Team members use both general maintenance abilities and trade-specific skills such as HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, water systems, or IT. Responsibilities include responding to repair needs, completing seasonal work, operating equipment safely, and working together to meet quality and safety standards while upholding MBC’s mission.
Qualified applicants bring at least five years of related experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a physically demanding setting. Trade certifications are an asset, along with a servant-hearted, team-focused attitude and alignment with MBC’s Code of Conduct.
