POSITION PURPOSE:
Responsible for lawn care (grass cutting/trim/leaves) with additional maintenance responsibilities as required
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lawn Cutting and Trimming utilizing a variety of power equipment
• Maintenance of lawn care equipment
• Landscaping duties as required
• Garbage and recycling bin porter
• Support for maintenance staff during heavy workload
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with power lawn care equipment
• Experience with ride on mower and bobcat preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Responsible and mature work ethic
• Must be over the age of 18 due to insurance and labour requirements
• Must be able to frequently lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a physically demanding atmosphere
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
