We are seeking a dedicated cook to join our kitchen team year-round to support excellent food service and the mentoring of seasonal team members.
Position Details: Prepare and serve balanced meals for 20–200 guests, assist with food prep, baking, cleaning, dishwashing, and dining room duties, lead some meal preparation independently, maintain food safety standards, and support seasonal staff.
Qualifications & Requirements: Must align with Teen Ranch’s mission and values and maintain a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Strong communication, multitasking, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and a teachable attitude required. Kitchen, camp, and supervisory experience are assets.
Schedule & Hours: Full-time (35–40 hours/week) during peak seasons, typically 11:00 AM–7:00 PM. Weekends required based on bookings. Reduced hours November–March.
