We are seeking an Outdoor Education Program Coordinator to lead and grow our year-round outdoor education programs, delivering meaningful, Christ-centred learning experiences for school groups and seasonal camps.
Position Details: Coordinate and deliver outdoor education programs for schools, develop curriculum-aligned activities, communicate with school partners, train and support staff, facilitate school groups, retreats, and camps, oversee safety and equipment, and plan and lead PA Day, Christmas Break, and March Break Day Camps while maintaining Teen Ranch’s high program standards.
Qualifications & Requirements: Post-secondary education in Recreation, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience), experience in outdoor education or camps, strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, commitment to safe, Christ-centred programming, First Aid/CPR, and a Class G licence preferred.
Schedule & Hours: Full-time, year-round with evening and weekend flexibility as needed
