We are recruiting for one permanent full-time Maintenance Person to perform efficient and effective maintenance and repair duties to ensure all Tollendale Village property, equipment and safety systems are maintained in good working order.
GENERAL:
• Be supportive of the Tollendale Village Mission Statement.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures regarding quality assurance and health and safety matters.
• Full time position 37.5 hrs weekly from Monday to Friday 7.5 hrs daily
• On call up to every third week and weekend
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC and safety systems.
• Perform tasks including painting and complete drywall repair
• Carpentry work and Cabinet repair and installation
• Window/Door and Lock repair
• Maintenance of common areas and building structure
• Grounds keeping including landscaping, snow removal and ice melt applications
