Responsibilities
– Work as part of a kitchen team to prepare and serve well-balanced, nutritious, and delicious meals to all our guests
– Prep, bake, and assist with the preparation of meals for groups ranging from 20 to 200
– Independently lead and execute some meals
– Help with general kitchen responsibilities: dishwashing, cleaning, dining room duties
– Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
