Church & Corporate Engagement Coordinator

Location: Barrie, ON (serving Central Ontario including Owen Sound, Huntsville, Peterborough, and York Region)

LIFE 100.3 is looking for a Church & Corporate Engagement Coordinator to help us deepen our impact across Central Ontario.

About LIFE 100.3
We are a Christian radio station based in Barrie, with repeater stations in Owen Sound, Huntsville, and Peterborough. Our signal reaches as far as York Region, and our mission is to uplift, encourage, and serve our listeners through Christ-centered programming.

Your Role
As our Church & Corporate Engagement Coordinator, you will:

• Serve the Local Church:
  • Build relationships with pastors and ministry leaders.
  • Develop creative ways to support churches through radio features, interviews, event promotion, and community outreach.
  • Encourage churches to partner with LIFE 100.3 financially as part of their local missions giving.
  • Be willing to speak during Sunday morning services—either delivering a full message or sharing a brief update on behalf of LIFE 100.3.
  • Pastoral experience is a strong asset.
• Drive Corporate Fundraising:
  • Engage with businesses and organizations to grow our corporate donor base.
  • Leverage our existing donor list while identifying new opportunities for partnership.
  • Represent LIFE 100.3 with professionalism and passion in fundraising initiatives.
  • Previous Fundraising Experience is a strong asset

 Possible On-Air Opportunities:

• • While not required, there may be occasional opportunities to be on-air.
  • On-air experience is a bonus but not a core part of the role.

• Experienced in fundraising, sales, or donor relations.
• Comfortable speaking with church leaders and corporate stakeholders.
• Creative in finding new ways to serve and engage the community.
